CHIP/GPGI are taking a complete opposite approach than IPM. They are attempting to go into production first and later prove up the reserves. Neither CHIP/GPGI will reach their full potential until the metals in the ground are proven up. This does not mean they will not do well. If the metal is on the table they will do very well. IPM is taking the traditional approach of proving up resources/reserves. CHIP hit over $ 2 today as I believe market makers must be playing games. With 11,000 shareholders the average Chip shareholder owns 184 shares on the 2 million share float. If Chip is able to get their pilot plant up and running in December then even these levels will look very cheap. Even at $2 Chip has a market cap of only $ 16 million. IF they can execute (the past history does not give any indication they can) this stock will do very well. Richard noone is really paying attention to Chip despite the price improvement. It is very very early days here.....
