Ken..David.. do you guys have any news or heard anything related to the case? My only contact is a friend who has AOL and uses the MOTLEY Fool "service" which has quite a number of people writing about this stock. Since I don't have AOL, I can only "wait in suspence" unless someone else out there posts a note or two......keep me in the loop on this one for I have a vested interest in ABCP with a sizeable interest in the company. THanks..... Al Lawrence
