HEC's partners here are ROR which gets 25% of HEC's share. The only other partner I know of would be Ecopetrol and the Country of Colombia (royalties).

If you know of any others please advise.

Don't really care what Oppenheimer sites for HEC. They bought in between $3 & $4. What would you like them to say. HEC may see $10 this year but it will depend on results, not hype.

As far as ROR goes, a previous post of mine will show IMO what a 30 mbo hit will do for ROR. That is about $0.30/share. I would be interested in seeing how you arrived at your $3-$5 target.
