LATINGOLD INC - LAT (TSE) Eric,I would like to offer this stock for consideration for a medium-term speculation. LatinGold-LAT.T shares-20,600,000 fully diluted WC- $8,400,000 incl 640,000 shares of Scorpion Minerals Formed in 1996 from a reorganization of MVP Capital (an Ian McAvity vehicle) Trade range- $2.15 to 0.80, last close $1.04 Recent placements done at prices between $1.37 to $2.00 Has acquired rights to 258 sq.miles in Columbia. Systematic exploration planned on two concessions which have been worked by local surface miners for 400 years (Spanish Gold). Not widely followed to-date but was,I believe,written up in the April issue of Brian Fagan's newsletter Asian World Stock Report. There is a small thread on LAT on SI. No web page that I've found. I had LatinGold as one of my picks in your Q1 contest and it was showing strength until it got 'Busanged' along with most everything else. Best of luck, John
