George, re. listing requirements: You found the right info. It looks more complicated than it needs to be. Basically the NTA is very unlikely to go down unless the co. has losses. So only the $4 M requirement is usually of interest. Sometimes the $2 M requirement. And that will all change to $4M anyway, as it says in the nasdaq web page that you cited. '

What they mean by losses are negative net earnings reported in the income statement in their 10k annual report.
