Facts: Institutions own about 27 to 30% of the outstanding shares of the fund. The largest shareholder by far is the State of Wisconsin Investment Board. The board reported to the SEC that late in January, it owned 460,000 (8.7%) of TRF. Does anybody have update? Good trading.
