David: The company has 700,000 shares being sold to investors directly from company. The company gets all the money and seems to be using it wisely. The total shares outstanding, including the new shares is 13,203,500. The new management has some restricted stock, which is is restricted through next fall. The management believes they will see $.65 a share earnings next year. There is that potential. Only time will tell. I think good news is coming on the oil sector as wells are being drilled and new leases are being pursued. I think this stock very well could show good earnings(my guess being $.04-.06) as early as March, 1998 quarter. I am projecting earnings on what is already scheduled. I bought shares from the company again yesterday. I think that is one thing keeping the price down. Some of the shares that would be bought on the market have been bought from the company. I think the company is almost out of shares, which will help. I also bought some shares in my IRA account yesterday on the dip. Well, good trading! YOYO
