India, historically, experiences labor unrest. One of the NYSE-listed CEF's use to avoid investing in companies w/ restless labor element. May still do that. Not sure.

Might pay to find out.

Thanks very much for complement. I attempt to remain current. Have many resources. Thought I'd share info for a while. Some may desire to build foundation for investment strategy on such info.
