I can agree strongly with that experience and opinion. After opening a new account with SureTrade I asked a simple question about the Trading password and received only a standard reply which didn't help. So I sent an e-mail again telling them in the first sentence, that I need a answer to my question, rather than a standard response. One day later I received the same standard reply again...
Until now I've got four (4) exactly identical species of this standard reply of SureTrade.

Thus I will never send money on my SureTrade account and enjoy their pretty good information service, until they will stop it; but chances seem to be quite good that they will never realize that I have only a "empty" account...
