Everyone on the TSQD page (including myself) has been hearing from BT Alex Brown that IPO will be week of Aug. 10, maybe Aug. 7. If your source is reliable, this is real news.

Did you see how WCAP reacted to COOL IPO pricing today? WCAP owns 400,000 shares of COOL, and jumped another ~50%, with more room to grow. I recommend copying your posts to the TSQD chat for the near future (next couple days), since TSQD's 23% ownership of DRIV will be a big topic for TSQD until IPO is finalized.
