Thanks Doug,
I looked into the CST bonus awhile back, did the math, added in the rebate, etc. I decided that at these levels EVI looked attractive enough. I'd be awfully upset if I bought CST and the deal didn't go through. It is interesting though that a low volume stock like CST can offer a nice discount because the arbs won't mess around with it.

BTW, it's always a pleasure reading your anecdotes from the field.
