I have been with E-tragedy for about 6 months - in the last 6 weeks slow trades, inaccessible dealing screens or account information, inaccessible phone lines have caused me at least $4000 in lost profit or just straight losses. Some of these trades are BB trades, but even so, at 'normal' times, trades in these areas are straight forward and nothing to do with being subject to individual MM's.
E-Trade have screwed my trades and attempts at trades up several times. I still have trade inquires outstanding.
In a case this week, I must've clicked twice accidently on the 'Confirm trade' button - which caused 2 deals to go through (slowly) - by the end of the day, I was forced into a sale due to the stock dropping badly. At least I can only blame myself for one of these trades - the other (loses of 150 and 280 each) is down to E-Turd.

I have no idea how to proceed with this, other than e-mails and threats of legal action - please let me know what you guys plan on doing.
