InfoCast Forms Strategic Partnership with Mpower to Build Wireless Web Portal: Will give mobile workers secure connection to office May 15, 2000
CALGARY, CANADA--InfoCast Corporation (OTC BB: IFCC), an e-enabling application service provider (ASP), and Mpower Technologies Inc., a leading provider of mobile solutions and services, today announced a strategic partnership to provide today's mobile workforce with a wireless connection to corporate data, applications and personal information.
The result of this alliance will be a resource portal that makes information accessible; regardless of where employees are located or what communication device is used. Mpower provides a portal platform and unified information workspace to enable easy access to information using wireless applications. InfoCast offers the high-powered computing technology and hosting services that are needed to make wireless communications efficient and effective.
