- Can any Democrat or anyone explain how Gore can balance the budget given his record; his new gov't programs; & his promise on "targeted" tax relief (what that is)?

- Or will it be dejavu all over again; & back to $200+ bill deficits; blaming fiscal conservatives; & playing the racial divide & conquer game over taxes & spending?
