And here is Altea in IVEH as of 11/15/00 Loan From Capital Corporations: TVP Capital a NY Corp, $498,938 Altea and Gata Investments Ltd , British Virgin Island Corps. Interest @ 10% annually. This loan is convertible to Ives unrestricted common stock at $.50/share. This note is secured with 1 million shares of unrestricted Ives common stock,2 million shares of restricted Ives common stock and a second mortgage in the Ives Corporate Facility and Building located at 817 N. J.M. Davis in Claremore, OK. You'd think it would pay to establish a new corporation for each investment so these relationships would not be so traceable
