Mark, Haven't we met somewhere before? Keeping this thread alive may be the wrong term. There's been zero correspondence since Feb-we're talking resuscitation here. Dave Dunlap says the merger is moving ahead & he's quite optimistic about the product line-I think especially the bar-code scanner. I think share price has been depressed lately by sale of convertable preferred-& a JL&R broker told me the Nov. 3 was the final date allowed for that. Also I think Cetronic is not particularly interested in a huge pile of very cheap stock from the merger-they seem to realize the merged company may be stronger with fewer total shares. I've been buying. If anyone's out there, please join in. Scott Brassfield
