  As you know, I've been using them for a while.  A lot.  For prints, for books.  I've dropped hundreds with them.  Absolutely no problems, everything as it should be, on time, perfect.
  Until a couple of weeks ago.  A book came, wrong color cover.  I told them via email, asked what I should do.  They emailed back for me to mail back the book and they will then mail me a replacement.  I replied that this was not acceptable.  Said I saw no reason to pay for their mistake.  Asked for a replacement again, ASAP.   Told them to check my record, they'd see I've spent hundreds.  I plan to spend thousands more.  Up to them if I will or not.  Message came back saying the book is on the way.  I thanked them, and told them this was exactly the excellent service I'd come to expect from them.  Book came a couple of days later.  They never mentioned the wrong color cover one again.  Neither did I.  Service as it should be.
