On August 9, the company announced the resignation of the founder, Tim Farris, from the board. That day the stock dropped around 2 points. If there is a cause and effect here, I'd be astounded that "the street" could place that much value on one person in a company. OTOH, look what happened to Sunbeam when Dunlap (sp?) signed up. Perhaps the founder resigning is indicative of some other problem; perhaps it's a coincidence; perhaps one should flush their money directly down the toilet and save the commissions.
