Charles, there was a news release on Sept 27 from Santa Barbara,Ca by PRNEWSWIRE that states that the board of directors has appointed a new president. It is a very postive article regarding Co. I would assume new Pres purchased the 400,000, but do not know for sure, my inside source has not gotten back to me regarding the 740,000, but it was her cousin Jeff that the new president replaced, so who knows on that amount. If you have AOL, which I assume you do you can find the article, if I can find out how to forward it to you I will, but I am not sure I know how. I plan on buying more shares today or Monday for the long term. Will see if I can find anything else out. regards gary re I
