Steve, Yes, they did issue new shares for their acquisitions, but those shares are included in the 4.8 million total outstanding. The last post I made here about another acquisition (in California I believe) was cancelled. Their quarter and year end was November 30th, so we should see their earnings some time in early to mid January.
