Yes this stock is being minipulated, I have also investment in NPEC and we have tracked their actions. There are only two solutions the most powerful is for the financial results to be there so that no one can stop the climb and a minimum value for the stock is realized through the financials. Second that we own the certificates taking away the MM's/shorts use of our stocks. The first I'm hopeful the company will provide the financial information this quarter however it is obvious to me that the big change in value will be next year with continuing roll out in the U.S. and introduction in Europe.
