PR today indicates that new funding obtained . Over CAN$12.5mm. Columbia Metals Corporation Limited 12/1/99 - Agrees with e umedik Inc. to Proposed Alternate Funding COLUMBIA METALS CORP ("COML-Z") - Agrees with e-umedik Inc. to Proposed Alternate Funding Columbia Metals Corporation Limited announces that the Company has agreed with e-umedik Inc. (formerly POC*KIT Corporation) to a proposed alternate funding of e-umedik Inc. by a U.S. based company for up to US$8.65 million over the next 12 months, to complete pilot plant production of e-umedik's proprietary technology. Columbia currently holds a 20% interest in e-umedik Inc., and has conditionally agreed to suspend Columbia's previously announced agreement to provide funding to e-umedik Inc., which would have allowed Columbia to increase its interest in e-umedik Inc. to 49%, in consideration of such alternative funding being completed on a non-dilutive basis to Columbia. The funding of e-umedik Inc. is subject to completion of a definitive agreement by the parties.
