Looks to me that: Shareholders as of July 30, will get the dividend. Shareholders will own the SHELL only. If they do a reverse merger, shareholders would probably own from 3 to 15% of thenewly formed company, depending on the value of SWS. There will likely be a reverse split of at least 1 for 1000 imo. But this is all speculation, on my part. SubterraCom Wireless I know nothing about but it could be the vehicle IPKL needed. Time will tell... alen
