I think we are trying to say women are more emotional Some of the coldest, most ruthless lawyers I have faced are women. Some women are reasonable and pleasant. I beat one in a trial long ago. I still get a cold, steely stare from her when we're in the same room. I know she hates me still even though all I did was expose the weaknesses in her case. It was very personal to her. It's best not to generalize. There are emotional men and emotional women as well as cold SOBs--and everything in between--on either side of the gender divide. Every individual is unique.
