Nope. There is no small print. Sometimes, as the saying goes, you need to kiss a lot of toads before you find the prince.... You must have noticed that the Administration found the small print wrt Venezuela. Military coup of a democratically elected President. No problem with this Administration, it was Chavez's fault. Did it make any difference that this US Administration signed an agreement in the OAS to take strong action against military coups? Nah, didn't even raise the slightest mealy mouthed diplomatic objection to it. nytimes.com jttmab
