I realize that insiders need to diversify,etc.,etc. That is true at all companies. And yet,some insider buying should be occurring if the stock is attractive at this level. The need to diversify is more often cited as a reason an insider sells ( The old adage, "Insiders sell for all kinds of reasons. They only buy for one.").

As it relates to the LT value of QCOM at these levels, I think insider buying is much more relevant than institutions. Institutions trade. Insiders can't so easily move in and out of a stock.

If the future were as bright as we Q bulls think it is, you would expect to see some insider somewhere at least nibbling at these levels. Add to that the fact that QCOM insiders hold only 1.5% of the outstanding shares and the total lack of any buying interest at all is unsettling.
