I went and got a stamp shortly after they came up with that. Thought it would make a nice addition to my political memorabilia collection. The lady said it's a mechanism the state can use to go after dealers for tax evasion. It's also been a great money maker for them just selling the stamps, they were a popular item when they first came out. :)
