"so intent on avoiding"??? Mark, the first clue I had that you were interested in this topic was the following comment in your previous message addressed to me.

Was I supposed to take this as my signal to begin discussing how to calculate intangible value? Frankly, I do not feel qualified do so and am looking forward to your posting. Hopefully I will learn something valuable. I do find your thinking and analytical methods fascinating.
