Nothing hot. But I would appreciate your accountant's view of PLCO/PLCOP - sounds too good to be true, which means it probably is. PLCOP is convertible to six shares of PLCO by 12/29 yet the price spread now is only about 2 1/2 to 1. Curious why it would be discounted so heavily if a 6-1 is guaranteed. Unless dilution or something else is more likely to knock the common down to pennies. On top of that they are spinning off a European Web toy store IPO in the European markets soon. Hope you love a mystery!
