MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 17, 2003--China Xin Network Media
Corp. (OTCBB: CXIN) a premiere provider of China-based analytical
market research data and customized market research analysis,
announced today that Wang Changsheng has joined CXN as a member of the
company's Board of Directors.

Mr. Changsheng is currently the Executive President of the State
Information Center ("SIC") of the People's Republic of China and is

Center is the parent company of CEInet Data Corporation, established
in 1996. While in his position at SIC, Mr. Changsheng has lead several
projects of economic information management systems, as well as
serving as chief editor in a number of publications on Chinese
economic studies and economic trend forecasting - this included the
Forecast on China's Economic Development study (English, 1997-1998).
Mr. Changsheng has a BA Degree from the Capital Economy and Trade
University (China), and has completed coursework in economics and
microeconomic management from the Economic Development College, World
Bank and University of Louisville, respectively.
