announced today that Wang Changsheng has joined CXN as a member of the
company's Board of Directors.

Mr. Changsheng is currently the Executive President of the State
Information Center ("SIC") of the People's Republic of China and is

in 1996. While in his position at SIC, Mr. Changsheng has lead several
projects of economic information management systems, as well as
serving as chief editor in a number of publications on Chinese

Mr. Changsheng has a BA Degree from the Capital Economy and Trade
University (China), and has completed coursework in economics and
