Thanks for the information, that Leap had 22 won 22 licenses at the re-auction. I still don't understand why the value of Leap went up considerably when the court ruled that those licenses belong to Nextwave. I can't see why that benefits Leap unless one thinks Leap overbid, and I have not seen anyone suggest that.

It might be simple, but I must be simpler.
