I agree - it's great news. I will be interesting to see if Brinker designs an ETF model portfolio for Marketimer. I could see these securities will be useful to long-term investors for large moves from cash to equities if they seek not to re-invest distributions and seek price advantage by trading intra-day.

Of course the advantage of low cost ETF's can be offset by transaction costs if they are traded frequently. Also, there's the inability to reinvest distributions without incurring a broker commission.
