medicaid. Pennsylvania, Ohio and Mississippi have either cut benefits or enrollments.

pa. needs to cut some benefits. they still give support to families of disabled children regardless of income. We have millionaires collecting medicaid allowances for their disabled child. same with families making over $100,000. I see no need for general public to support through medicaid to families who have incomes and ability to pay for medical coverage. Rendell refused to close this loop hole in pa. yet blames bush for cut backs. I think rendell should get serious about how he spends the money before looking to Washington.
