Do you have any comprehension of word meanings at all? 'Relevant' is a word that draws relationships between and among things. The GC is relevant when applied in the proper context. It has nothing to do with me personally and it is not relevant to the current question on torture except to offer some standards to consider, or to compare and to contrast with those of our justice system.

You are lying.

I have never used that reasoning. I have provided you with a detailed treatment on my personal views regarding using any sort of force including torture, which I consider to be an abhorrent abomination. My reasoning and personal views are not reflective of the law and would not change if the law were to change ... My personal views are irrelevant with regards to the application of the laws on torture.

Our laws declare torture and conspiracy to commit torture a crime which we can prosecute according to the criteria outlined in our laws. If you are truly an anti torture advocate this is a good point for you to enter any discussion on this topic. But your complaint, as usual, is not genuine and is really just another excuse to bash Bush without substance or reason. You're rants are a very tiresome broken record of narrow minded predictability, lacking completely in any authenticity.
