John : Ain't that the way of it :-\| Have your business partner oversee your examination.. Now who the hell set that up? Man this is slowly sinking a bit more into the morass. This company has to do something definitive about this ,, and soon. Or we will all lose a ton more. If they even attempt a cover up /whitewash of some kind ,, I will be the first one out the door and yes, it will be with losses. i want to see Cendant take strong measures. CRDoug
