As far as where the market is headed and where it might be in a month I don't know.
The indicators are all still moving up with the exception of the 10 week moving average. This did not reverse but it did move down. The high low index still went up however.
The sector bell curve is at an average of 57.5 percent and shifting to the right. There are still sectors below 50% which is where the opportunity is. Once the bellcurve is decidedly to the right is when we start to worry. I think we still have some room. NYSE BP is at 67% getting close to the red zone.
I'll watch the indicators and see if anything starts to peal off. That's when we go on defense. Right now it is best to buy things that have pulled back. No matter what kind of a rally we have you shouldn't chase a stock. Plenty more out there.
