I asked my dentist if he planned to buy PLSIA's laser and he said that he would never buy one because it makes no sense from a business perspective for him. If one of his patients wants his teeth whitened, he will sell them a bleaching kit for $400. The dentist doesn't have carrying costs, because he usually can order a bleaching kit and get quick delivery. He also takes a nice markup on the bleach kit and carries no risk. He said that he has no reason to buy an expensive PLSIA laser machine which would cause him to charge his patients $1000 per procedure to recoup the upfront cost of this laser machine.

This dentist works in Potomac, Md which has similar demographics to Beverly Hills, Cal, so if he can't afford to buy the PLSIA lasers, then how are the people in China with annual incomes of $1000 going to afford to pay the upfront costs of these PLSIA lasers?
