Question for the legal eagles. I have heard rumors that FG is to be bought out. Today they called in all of their preffered shares. To be specific they call A convertible exchangeable preferred stock at a price of $50 per share plus $0.83 in accrued and unpaid dividends. If the rumor was true, could they do that?? It would seem they are cheating the preffereds if it was true?? Comment.. And again Cube move noware yet today..
