That's a laugh.....Bush has never been bound by law....he has issued more that 700 signing statements exempting him from laws he had just signed. And he now admits he knew torture was going on. For you weasels, torture has been defined by the GC and the UN conventions....I know, I know, we don't obey rules that are not our own...cause we're better than any other country in everything.

I recall what was known as "Chinese water torture"; a term I heard decades ago....everyone knows what it is, and we in the US certainly were taught that is was torture.... I wonder how you Bushies would view such a mild treatment in today's light?
