("RYR")] NOTICE TYPE: Name Change and Consolidation NOTICE DATE: January 20, 1998 Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders December 11, 1997, the Company has consolidated its capital on an 8 old for 1 new basis and has subsequently increased its authorized capital. The name of the Company has also been changed from Riley Resources Ltd. to International Riley Resources Ltd.
