Reconnaissance from the El Oro Property

The geological crew has returned from the Company's El Oro claims in
Chihuahua, Mexico. In speaking with individuals inside the Company we
have been able to ascertain the following. There is exposed gold at
surface on the property. Transient local prospectors were observed
high grade mining over AN EXPOSED SHOWING APPROXIMATELY 3 KILOMETERS
LONG BY 1 KILOMETER WIDE. Other large promising structures were
identified on the property, however it is this massive structure that
will be the primary focus of the Company's initial exploration.

A number of samples were taken and the structure remains open on all
four sides. This structure is Northwest trending and appears to be
directly in line with neighboring Glamis Gold's Cieneguita mine and
nearby Francisco Gold's El Sauzal deposit. Prior to the El Oro
property becoming available, Glamis had reportedly drilled a hole in
this structure, as it runs very close to their border and their
Cieneguita mine. On the day the claims became available Glamis was
reportedly to slow and lost the claims to GTH's partner El Paso. An
attempt was made by Glamis to acquire the claims from El Paso, but it
was GTH's strong relationship with El Paso Partners that won them the
property in the end. The partnership is reportedly working on other
similar acquisitions in the area.

The samples taken were submitted to Chemex Labs in Chihuahua, Mexico
and should be available in the next few days. We'll have them for you
as soon as they're announced.

This stock has been under heavy accumulation since the announcement of
the El Oro acquisition. In watching the trading closely, we believe
one group in particular has acquired roughly 1.7 million of the
approximately 2.7 million shares in circulation. We believe that this
property has all the early signs of a significant deposit. Given the
property's high profile location and limited amount of stock in the
public float, good early indications from this property could result
in explosive share prices. As we've been warning for weeks now, don't
let GTH out of your sight.
