SLEU should re-test 13 briefly, stall and then move solidly beyond. I do not have a target but somewhere in the 20's is possible.

Their deal with INKT makes them a little more valuable than the others. I like EXGP but it has run pretty fast and seems like it has more downside risk, but it could also really go.
