Good to hear from you. Re EMC, I think option exercises should be taken with a grain of salt, and insider selling should be given strong consideration if several (not just Egan) insiders are selling shares owned outright; that is, they are cutting their core holdings. I think the long term business fundamentals look very good for EMC, so I am in no hurry my remaining small position.

You can get insider info from Dow Jones News Retrieval or CDA/Investnet but you gotta pay - no free lunch I'm afraid. Unfortunately, Forms 3,4,5,144, etc. do not have to be filed via EDGAR. Luckily I have access to a DJ terminal at school. Also Boston Bus. Journal has an Insider Corner column showing insider activity of Mass. co's but data is somewhat more "stale."
