Julius, I spoke with IR at TTE the other day. They appear to believe that KYLE bill will not hurt TTE as it will clarify many unclarified issues regarding interstate gaming, etc. Although it may not be good for ELOT and some others, it will not be bad for TTE(translate- it will be good). Therefore I respectfully am in favor of KYLE.
