John, They have definitely registered the shares there is no question on that. I do not know if they have sold any yet. If not, there is what you call an overhang to be wary of. Also the warrants that were extended until year end are something to bear in mind as they are cheap warrants. At the latest you should know is in the upcoming Proxy materials. Compare it to last years to see if any shares were sold. LDAk is obviously a high speculation. I have one or two of my own that in ways are not much different from this. I just try to cover my backside and if I find glaring holes in my assumptions I hope to get out before others.
