If my place were smaller and I was alone I wouldn't have anyone come in, but it is a big house, my dr doesn't want me to push a vacuum cleaner, she is very affordable and does a pretty good job. She will do what ever I ask her to do (I usually pay a bit more) and even took a few weeks and washed my walls.

I'm very happy with the arrangement.
