Nope, most of the problems cited are indeed short term, such as

1) Slow sales in Europe (becuase they are on a long vacation?)for the summer. Does this imply ASND will have a better next quarter if the sales in this quarter shift to the next?
2) 56K modem standard.
3) Longer sale cycles (?)

The only possible long-term factor is the competition from CSCO. However, the internet market is growing at a very fast rate and ASND is leading in some of the areas, I belive everyone will have a slice of pie and CSCO just cannot eat all of them.
