This will be deflationary for the USA.The noose tightens Perhaps, but I doubt it. Fed daily TOMOs alone have easily exceeded $265 billion and US M1 or M2 is well over 60% higher than that of Japan, and US total credit is about 3 times that of Japan. It's much more likely IMO to put helicopters on the table for the FOMC and prevailing party, intermediate term. Don't forget Bernanke's recent Japan visit...
