I'm not sure we can count on that quite yet. Roberts seem to be wavering and/or wandering. Very unpredictable to put it nicely.

Notorious RBG is back on the bench today. She should resign but she won't. Hopefully she gives it a second thought - but I doubt that she will.

Being back on the bench is bad for her and extremely bad for the country.
