Duck: You, Rude, and the guys who get paid millions who work for the funds know the technical ins 'n outs but most, and I include myself, aren't that sophisticated. If a fund mgr. sees this as having a possible huge impact on HPQ's and INTC's future successes and/or pushing the companies to another level(and giving them the edge on the AMDs and DELL's of the world) such as "superior high-tech," it sure could influence him to step up and buy..... and by BIG El
